Why bring back old memes when we can back this song?

2004 is calling me… whispering

numa numa yay

the funny thing about this is I sincerely have followers that were born in the same month i discovered this flash video on newgrounds

fuuccckk I completely erased all memory of newgrounds.

Oh my god it’s back. This is one of my favourite things, if only because my Grandmum loves it so much. I can just start singing it and mimicking the video, and she’ll start laughing so hard she has to take her glasses off because she’s crying. It’s beautiful.

If you don’t put this on your blog there is something wrong with you. DO IT. You know you wanna~

DRAGESTEA DIN TEI!!~~

WHEN YOU PLAY THIS YOU SING EVERY WORD, I DON’T CARE IF YOU CAN’T PRONOUCE IT WORTH CRAP YOU /SING IT/

the thing about this is, it IS an old meme!  You brought  back an old meme ;3

Y’all know it was even part of an episode of NCIS

holy shit

I read somewhere that sirens/mermaids sang songs that they heard from sailors on passing ships. I imagine this is what a modern siren would sound like singing this song.

but honestly like that one time I was saying I didn’t like the fault in our stars because I felt like they use cancer as something to romanticize (especially with the whole “one sick love story” tag line) and people told me to get over myself because it’s just a book, yet I’ve seen people go “I wish I had cancer so I can find my Augustus!!!!” and now people think it’s okay to make those jokes pretending to have cancer… like it’s not funny at all

Why fuck John Green? It’s the idiots who haven’t read the book and don’t see the message that Hazel wanted to go above her illness, and not be the girl with cancer and just be Hazel. The movie decisions were out of Johns hands, he wasn’t the director or even the casting person. So really you can’t blame him for the tag line for the movie adaption, or the way people interpret the movie when he didn’t do much for the movie.

Either way I do agree that people really shouldn’t romanticize more diseases (depression, anxiety etc. are already being romanticized) however you really can’t blame John for people being dumb. By the way this is coming from someone who has read the book, saw the movie, and have had a mother who had cancer (thank god she’s in remission). (not saying this makes my opinion anymore right than yours).

In all reality I just wrote the message to kind of open your eyes to other view points as you are a typically stubborn blogger (I do like your blog, not attacking you in any way).
